An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that lets you activate a mobile data plan without using a physical SIM card.
Simply select your destination and desired data plan in our app, payment will be taken via Apple Pay. After payment you'll simply follow the step-by-step installation guide. You'll then receive an in-app installation prompt to activate the eSIM on your device.
Your eSIM validity will activate at the point of payment and your data will be ready to use. To enable data please go into your phone's 'settings', then to 'mobile service', select the Travel eSIM and toggle on 'data roaming'. Data roaming will need to be enabled for each country you enter with the same process.
You can install it before your trip.
Our app will automatically check your device and confirm compatibility. However, if you are concerned, checking your device's compatibility with eSIM on the manufacturer's website is encouraged.
Our eSIMs are data-only. You can use apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, or iMessage to make calls and send messages over data.

Yes. You can keep your primary SIM for calls and texts and use the travel eSIM for mobile data while abroad. Just make sure your data connection is set to the Travel eSIM.

Most plans are valid for 8, 15, or 30 days from the moment of activation, depending on your selection.
Yes. You can top up your existing eSIM through our app without needing to reinstall anything.
No. All our plans are prepaid and fixed-price. There are no roaming fees or extra charges — what you see is what you pay.
If you are not getting data connection please ensure data roaming is toggled to on in your settings, if there is still no data the connection may be processing - this can take up to 15 minutes on rare occasions. If you still can't confirm data connection please perform a restart before contacting support via the contact form on the home.
Please don't delete your eSIM even if you have issues with connection. If you do delete the eSIM and the app does not enable the installation of a new one please contact our support team.
Yes, most of our eSIM plans allow tethering. However, this depends on the local network operator — check your specific plan for details.
